Refund policy

At EKLAVYA SILVER, we ensure that every product is thoroughly checked and packed with care before dispatch. However, if you face an issue with your order, please review the policy below carefully.

 

i) Exchange Eligibility :

- Orders are eligible for exchange / return *within 3 days of delivery only* if found to be of different size / different product.

- Return requests raised after 3 days post delivery will not be accepted

- The product must be returned in unused, untarnished, and original condition, along with original packaging . In case of damage product , replacement will be delivered within 5-10 business days.

ii) Mandatory Unboxing Video :

A proper and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return or damage claims

The video must clearly show:

- The sealed package

- Opening of the package

- The product inside

No claims will be accepted without a valid unboxing video

iii) Damaged Product Policy :

- Any damage must be clearly visible in the unboxing video

- We double-check all orders before dispatch, hence damage claims without video proof will not be considered

- If damage is verified, the case will be resolved as per EKLAVYA SILVER’s discretion

iv) Used or Tarnished Product Returns :

If a returned product is found to be used, worn, altered, or tarnished after inspection:

- Only Silver Value will be refunded and Making costs will not be given back .

- This decision will be final and binding

v) Refund Method :

- Refunds will be processed only after quality inspection

- Refund Request Process
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days

- Shipping charges are non-refundable .
